Maribyrnong council is calling on community feedback for their draft People and Participation Strategy.
The strategy focuses on contemporary volunteering in the community, and considers ways council can reframe how it supports, develops and empowers its community to build this social capital through a culture of active participation in community life.
Council is inviting residents to read the draft document and share their thoughts via a questionnaire by March 20 2022.
They will also be holding face-to-face conversations with further details to come.
