Melissa Horne named the minister for roads and road safety in new cabinet

The Andrews Labor Government has named its new cabinet, which included Williamstown MP Melissa Horne as the new Roads and Road Safety Minister.

She would also be the minister for local government, casino, gaming and liquor regulation and ports and freight.

Sworn in on Monday, December 5, the new ministry would be supported by a number of Machinery of Government changes, effective January 1.

Footscray MP Katie Hall was also sworn in as the parliamentary secretary for creative industries and early childhood.
