New perspectives on labels and stories

Award-winning multimedia artist and writer Terre Thaemlitz (he/she) works cover identity politics, the world of media production and the reception of both of these within broader society.

Suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, his works are on display at The Substation in Newport until Saturday, October 15 as part of his exhibition Reframed Positions.

Born in Minnesota, she also creates electronic music, club-oriented deep house and digital jazz under the alias DJ Sprinkles.

The exhibition is open for free from 12 noon to 6pm Wednesday to Saturday.
