Homicide Squad detectives have arrested two men following a shooting at Point Cook last week that left a man with life-threatening injuries.
Mark Dixon, 30, and Jack Harvey, 26, were arrested this afternoon at Broken Head, New South Wales.
The pair is currently assisting police with their inquiries, after the shooting of a 53-year-old man at a Spraypoint Drive, Point Cook home about 11pm on February 21.
The man remains in hospital.
