Police have charged a 26 year-old Sunshine West man with 12 charges including burglary, obtaining property by deception and handling stolen goods following alleged looting at a Maribyrnong address on Monday, October 17.
Police have alleged a man entered an unoccupied Burton Crescent home at about 7am and stole several personal items before fleeing in a waiting blue Ford Territory, while two other males remained in the vehicle during the incident.
Police arrested two men in Sunshine West about 10.30am on Thursday, October 20, including a 26 year-old Sunshine West man who was bailed to appear at Sunshine Magistrates Court on April 11, 2023.
Police also arrested a 33 year-old Sunshine West man, who is expected to be charged on summons with deception offences and will appear at a Magistrates Court at a later date.
Police are still seeking to identify a third man who may be able to assist them with their inquiries.
