Police are seeking help identifying a man who exposed himself and masturbated in front of two teenage girls in Footscray last month.
The 13 and 15-year-old girls were waiting at a bus stop on Essex Street on Monday, June 27, when they were approached by a man between 4.30pm and 5pm.
He exposed his penis to the girls and masturbated in front of them before walking down a nearby laneway.
The incident took place near Eleanor Street, outside St John Primary School.
Transit Crime Investigation Unit detectives have released a facial composite image of the suspect.
The man is described as Caucasian, aged in his 30s, about 170-173cm tall, with short brown hair and brown eyes.
At the time of the incident he was wearing a blue vest, black top and black jeans.
