RSPCA have announced the return of low-cost vaccination days to the Western suburbs.
The clinics, run by an RSPCA Victoria vet, will take place at Arndell Park Community Centre in Truganina on Wednesday, September 11 and 6th Melbourne Scouts in Kensington on Thursday, September 12 and Wednesday, October 30.
For $59.00, a dog will receive their preventative vaccines and be checked by an RSPCA veterinarian to ensure they are fit for their vaccinations.
Head of Prevention for RSPCA Victoria Rebecca Cook spoke about the clinic’s past success.
“At our last clinic in Truganina, we saw 19 pets from 16 local families, and we can’t wait to hit the road again and meet more furry friends,” Ms Cook said.
“We want to help people care for their pets by increasing their access to preventative veterinary care, which supports lifelong bonds among families with their cats and dogs.”
Appointments at each clinic must be booked online in advance with limited places available. Those with more than one pet must book a separate appointment for each animal.
