Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Maidstone man Anthony.
The 63-year-old was last seen at Dobson Reserve in Maidstone around 10.20am Saturday.
Police and carers are concerned as Anthony has a medical condition.
Anthony is Caucasian, about 170cm tall, with a medium build and grey hair.
He was last seen wearing a grey tracksuit and brown shoes.
Police have released an image of Anthony in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Anthony does not have a car but may use public transport.
He may be in the Maribyrnong or Brimbank local government areas.
Anyone who sees Anthony or has information is urged to contact Footscray Police Station on 8398 9800.
