Laverton community members are encouraged to have their say on the draft Aviation Road Master Plan.
Proposals outlined in the document include the introduction of a formalised path and additional pedestrian crossing points and upgrading vegetation within the precinct with additional garden beds.
The plan is the result of community feedback sought in mid 2022 to better understand the specific needs and wants of the local community.
Responses across the feedback included traffic and congestion issues, tree planting, safety and pedestrian crossings, carpark upgrades, outdoor dining and seating opportunities and upgrades or a redesign of the roundabout.
