Residents of an Altona North home had a narrow escape overnight after multiple gunshots were fired at their property.
Officers responded to reports of gunshots heard near Mills Street about 1.45am on Wednesday, February 12.
After arriving at the scene, police discovered multiple shots had been fired into the front door of the Mills Street property which was occupied at the time.
None of the residents were physically injured.
A crime scene has been established and a police investigation is underway.
