The Big Summer Read has been developed by Public Libraries Victoria to raise the awareness of the benefits of reading over summer.
Kids are being encouraged to keep reading over the summer holidays with a program that uses mobile app Beanstack that rewards you for reading.
Participants need to log a minimum of 10 books and collect 5 activity badges to complete the challenge.
There will be a grand prize pack, worth over $300.
The program will run until Friday January 31 2022.
