The Wembley Primary School community are uniting to support the family of Michael Johnston.
The school is hosting a silent auction in memory of the father who died after he was struck by a truck while cycling on Whitehall St in Yarraville on Wednesday, July 13.
All money raised will be donated to the Johnston family, with a total of $5607 raised at the time of publication.
Bids can be made on more than 50 community donated items including signed Western Bulldogs and Geelong Cats guernseys and a number of vouchers to local shops and businesses, while donations can also be made directly through the online portal.
The auction ends at 10am on Friday, September 23.
