Hobsons Bay and western Melbourne artists are encouraged to apply for this year’s Hobsons Bay Arts Society 5×7 Art Prize.
Registration sessions will be held at the Louis Joel Arts and Community Centre in Altona on Saturday, February 4 from 10am to noon and Wednesday, February 8 from 7pm to 9pm.
This year’s theme is movement, with artists set to receive a five-by-seven inch canvas for their creations, with a maximum of three entries per artist.
The exhibition will be held at the Louis Joel Arts and Community Centre in Altona from Saturday, April 15 to Thursday, April 27.
Eligible municipalities are Hobsons Bay, Maribyrnong, Brimbank, Melton, Wyndham and Moonee Valley.
