Police recovered various items from a homes in Melbourne’s north-west worth an estimated $250,000 following an investigation into organised thefts from shops.
Police executed one warrant in Maidstone and two in St Albans on Monday April 18, and recovered baby formula, beauty products, vitamins and other personal care products.
Six people were arrested at the time, including a 33-year-old woman from Maidstone and a 33-year-old man from Maidstone who were released pending further inquiries.
A 32-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman from St Albans were charged with various offences including handling stolen goods and were bailed to appear at Sunshine Magistrates Court.
