Maribyrnong, Hobsons Bay and Brimbank parents, children and carers are encouraged to take part in a new survey about how they manage asthma.
cohealth is running a survey and a series of workshops in December to inform future designs for new and improved asthma care services.
Participants can go in the draw to win one of five $100 vouchers.
While the survey is anonymous, answers may be used in public reports and presented to local communities and services.
