Williamstown stabbing investigated

A man is recovering in hospital after being stabbed in Williamstown.

It is believed the 23-year-old Williamstown man was stabbed by another man on Aitken Street just after 7pm on Wednesday, June 18.

He was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be determined but police are investigating if the men are known to one another.
