ALTONA Gators’ finals dream has ended with an 83-72 defeat to the McKinnon Cougars in the Big V basketball men’s division 1 on Sunday.
The Gators matched it with the visitors for three quarters of a neck-and-neck game, but ran out of puff in the last period.
In the women’s division 1, the Gators suffered a 73-31 loss to Camberwell Dragons.
