Rising junior netballer Hannah Juricskay has honed her skills by hitting the court with Australian Diamonds netball champion Bianca Chatfield.
The Maribyrnong nine-year-old was one of 30 youngsters from around Victoria chosen by their netball clubs to take part in a recent Mac Pack Netball Clinic.
“Netball is such a great game for kids of all ages and abilities – it’s a great way for kids to get outside, keep active and healthy and have fun with friends,” Chatfield said.
“Hannah showed some real talent on the court and hopefully I was able to teach her a thing or two.”
Chatfield ran the clinic as part of the McDonald’s Mac Pack program, which encourages children to be active and healthier by getting involved in sport.
