Jarrad Grant gets second AFL chance

Former Western Bulldogs forward Jarrad Grant has found a new home in the AFL with the Gold Coast Suns.

Grant will link up with former coach Rodney Eade after the Suns announced they had picked him up as a delisted free agent today.

Grant, 26, played 81 games and kicked 83 with the Bulldogs after he was drafted with pick five in the 2007 AFL national draft.

“Having played under Rocket [Eade] before, I know what he is after, know what he expects and I just can’t wait to get up there and start,” Grant told the Gold Coast Suns website.
