Kyneton residents are invited to pull on their running shoes and set off around Kyneton racecourse on February 5 in support of a good cause.
Kyneton Football and Netball Club is again organising its annual track and river run to raise money for the club and Macedon Ranges council’s Live4Life initiative. Live4Life aims to tackle mental health concerns among young people in the community.
Race participants can sign up for a five-kilometre walk or run or a 10-kilometre run taking in the racetrack and Kyneton river walk. Shoe tags will be provided to record times.
There will also be a cricket game, a jumping castle, a barbecue and music to keep the whole family entertained. It’s on from 8am-2pm.
