Truganina has welcomed a flurry of activity as construction starts at Forsyth Park — ISPTs new community that will house more than 1200 residents,a one-hectare park and cafe precinct.
ISPT has turned the traditional development process around by consulting with buyers on features they would most like to see in the estate’s parkland centrepiece.
It had more than 65 replies in a week. Survey results have been given to Forsyth Park’s landscape designers to include as many ideas in the park’s design as possible.
ISPT chief executive Daryl Browning says the park will be unlike anything in the region
“We’ve collaborated with some of the best names in the business — and future residents — to create exceptional streetscapes and landscaping themes,” Mr Browning said.
“We’re excited to announce more exciting news during the coming months as we get closer to finalising our cafe and park design.”
