MARIBYRNONG Council has welcomed a $1.5 million state government grant for the Braybrook Community Hub to help create an integrated child and family centre as part of the redevelopment of the Braybrook Community Centre in Churchill Avenue.
The hub will include a library, sports pavilion, community spaces and meeting rooms. The project is expected to cost about $12 million.
