Park aspect a bonus

Living near a park is a welcome bonus for families and one available to buyers at Kingsford estate in Point Cook.

Peet Limited is releasing 27 park-front home sites in stage 7B, ranging from 400-565 square metres.

Starting from $255,000, the sites are close to Kingsford’s Hargrave Park which is under construction. Close by is ‘Kingsford Common’, which has a 30-metre flying fox, climbing frame, oval and barbecues.

Peet Limited managing director and CEO Brendan Gore said Kingsford’s affordable home sites had proven popular with a range of buyers, from young families to second and third home buyers.

“Peet’s focus on quality master-planning ensures all elements of the Kingsford community are cohesive and meet the needs and demands of today’s home buyers,” Mr Gore said.

“Peet has made a significant investment in sustainable design throughout the community, including installing a network of shared paths, sustainable landscaping and two expansive parks that encourage an active and social community lifestyle.”

Kingsford has easy access to established services, including schools, shops, medical centres and recreational amenities. The estate’s display village comprises 12 houses designed by Porter Davis, Metricon and Long Island Homes.
