MATHEW Montebello regards captaincy in Spotswood’s team of the decade as his most cherished individual honour.
Montebello was named centre half- back in a team that recognises the Woodsmen’s rise back to supremacy in the Western Region Football League from years 2003-12.
“Being named captain of that team of the decade is the biggest individual honour I’ve every received,’’ he said.
