ON-the-rise Newport boxer Jake Carr has made it five wins from five appearances in the ring.
Carr beat the experienced Serge Yannick in a unanimous points decision over 10 rounds at the Melbourne Pavilion on Thursday night for the right to the Australian super middleweight title.
The judges scored 97-94, 96-95 and 96-94 in Carr’s favour.
