A spectacular blaze of colour has signalled the arrival of the Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival in Melbourne’s west for the very first time.
The Colour Studio at Highpoint Shopping Centre, Maribyrnong, is hosting a series of events showcasing key fashion and interior trends for autumn and winter, along with a range of creative workshops running until Sunday.
Melbourne artist Hayley Scilini has drawn inspiration from the culturally diverse community of the west in transforming a white studio space into an explosion of colour to create The Colour Studio.
The studio will continue to evolve throughout the week with pop-up fashion events, interior design styling and a host of creative and beauty workshops.
