ENJOY THIS WITH A JUICY STEAK:

BACON AND ONION FOIL PACKET POTATOES

2 TO 3 SHEETS OF HEAVY DUTY FOIL
1 PACKET ONION SOUP POWDER
10-12 BABY RED POTATOES, THINLY SLICED
12 SLICES COOKED AND CRUMBLED BACON
1 SMALL ONION, FINELY CHOPPED
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
3 TABLESPOONS BUTTER

SPRAY EACH SHEET OF FOIL WITH COOKING SPRAY. TOP EACH PIECE WITH EQUAL PORTIONS OF POTATOES, BACON AND SOUP POWDER, THEN MIX. ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE, THEN ADD ONE TABLESPOON OF BUTTER TO EACH SERVING. WRAP SECURELY AND BAKE IN THE OVEN AT 180 DEGREES CELCIUS FOR ABOUT 35 MINUTES. LET STAND FOR TEN MINUTES BEFORE SERVING. IF YOU REALLY FEEL LIKE BEING DECADENT, SERVE WITH A GOOD SPLODGE OF SOUR CREAM.
