The woman told police she became uncomfortable when the man started following her up and down the platform about 8.30pm on August 13.

Police said the man harassed the woman until her train arrived and followed her on to the train and then off again as she tried to get away.

The man is described as Asian, aged in his late 20s to early 30s, about 165 centimetres tall, with a medium build and spoke with an accent.

Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
