Jack Millson is among participants in Wesley Mission Victoria’s ‘Pathways to Employment (P2E)’ program who have launched a photography exhibition running in Footscray this month. Pathways co-ordinator Kelly Ardonis said the program helped young people with an intellectual disability develop life skills to assist them in finding a job. The project has been running for a decade and helps young people gain interview skills, work experience and their learner’s driving permit over a 12-month period. The Big F photography exhibition captures the 12 current program participants meeting and talking to business leaders in the community. It can be seen at the Phoenix Youth Centre, 72 Buckley Street.
