With summer just around the corner, what better way to get in shape, socialise and explore the City of Maribyrnong’s parks, reserves and open spaces than the latest Active Maribyrnong program, Spring into Summer Series.
The Spring into Summer Series includes 12 free, six-week programs which are bound to offer something for everyone.
The Spring into Summer Series runs from October 20 to December 2 and includes:
Yoga – Mondays: 6.30-7.30pm (Yarraville)
Group Fitness Circuit: Thursdays, 6.30-7.30pm (West Footscray)
Tai Chi – Mondays: 8-8.45am (Footscray); Fridays: 8-8.45am (Footscray); Saturdays: 10.30-11.30am (Maribyrnong)
Teen Bootcamp – Wednesdays: 4.45-5.45pm (Maribyrnong)
