The heart of Footscray beat a little harder on Saturday with the official launch of the new-look Footscray Plaza.
More than a year in the works, the new plaza includes the return of Kmart, Coles, Bakers Delight and Priceline Pharmacy, and the arrival of Liquorland.
Maribyrnong mayor Grant Miles and Western Bulldogs legend Doug Hawkins were on hand to celebrate the multimillion-dollar redevelopment.
