FB: How would you rate your cooking skills?

CB: Pretty good, in fact … something I like doing particularly on a Sunday.

FB: What is your signature dish?

CB: Singapore noodles are a hit, along with my home-made pizzas.

FB: If you could only have one more meal, what would it be?

CB: I could not go past our home-baked roast chicken with pancakes as dessert.

FB: What is your favourite food?

CB: I love a minestrone soup followed by a medium rare eye fillet steak with roast vegetables and gravy

FB: What is your favourite drink?.

CB: I cannot go past a really cold beer, but have been known to enjoy a big bold shiraz from the Coonawarra district.

FB: Which five people would you most like to invite to dinner?

CB: My wife Anne – she can bring the laughs; the Queen – she can bring the wine; Elvis – he can provide the music; Jesus – he can provide the stories; and Carl Barron – because he is so funny.

FB: Do you have a kitchen tip for us?

CB: Preparation is the key and don’t be afraid to experiment … most of all enjoy the outcomes of your work. Remember, eating is not a spectator sport!
