Newport Rams are rock bottom of Baseball Victoria’s summer league division 1 after losing 13-0 to the Geelong Baycats on the road on Saturday.
The Rams will be desperate to turn the tide in round three but will have to front up against undefeated Essendon on their home diamond at Boeing Reserve.
Williamstown Wolves came back to earth with a thud, losing 7-3 to Essendon away on Sunday.
