The biggest birthday bash in years comes to town next weekend as Footscray Community Arts Centre celebrates its 40th anniversary.
FCAC will celebrate four decades of creativity and diversity on the banks of the Maribyrnong River with a host of events, as well as food vans, installations, exhibitions, workshops and impromptu performances on soapboxes.
The free fun will feature a special tribute to arts centre founder George Seelaf, as well as local live music from J-Azmaris, The Hackkets, and Massive Fam. Be down by the riverside from 2-8pm this Saturday.
