A pop-up gallery of pupil artwork will be just one of the highlights of Braybrook’s Dinjerra Primary School’s annual community market.
Art teacher Hannah Clarke says there has been a buzz in the art room as pupils work on creations to be displayed in the coming art show and market.
All works will be available for sale, but prices will be halved for the artists’ families in the hope the art ends up in the homes of its creators.
Ms Clarke said the show offered pupils the chance to celebrate their learning and creativity.
“It’s also a way of getting professionally framed, beautiful art into students’ homes,” she said. “For many of our families, this may very well be the only art they have in their homes.”
Dinjerra Primary School’s annual Community Market will be held on
November 21.
