A Braybrook man has been charged with the murder of his uncle at a Footscray carpark on December 31.
Police found the 32-year-old uncle unconscious in Stanlake Street about 1.40am. He was taken to Footscray Hospital where he later died.
It is understood the nephew, 21, had earlier presented at the same hospital with his uncle.
In a separate incident, a 28-year-old Footscray man was stabbed outside a Footscray McDonald’s store on January6. A 20-year-old Footscray man has been charged with intentionally causing serious injury.
