The heat is on at Laverton Skate Park. The second heat of the scooter/BMX/skateboard series starts at 10am on February 14, when people of all ages will compete for prizes in various divisions, with winners going through to a grand final.
The scooter competition starts at 10pm, BMX at 1pm and skating at 3pm.
People can register on the day. The last heat will be held at Altona Meadows Skate Park on March 21.
