A benefit gig to help fund a legal fight against the first four-storey development in Yarraville will be held at Yarraville Senior Citizens Club, 48 Fehon Street, 7pm, February 28. The Wilson Street Fight Back Benefit will feature The Brothers in Law, Mind Jam, and more. Tickets: $15.

Foster care: how it’s done

Anglicare Victoria is holding a foster care information session in Yarraville. There’s an urgent need for more foster carers, who can be single, de facto or married, with or without their own children, working or at home.
