Eleven-month-old Ella and her dad, Andreas, joined in the family fun at a recent Maribyrnong council-hosted “Picnic in the Park” to celebrate National Playgroup Week.
In Coulson Gardens there was African drumming, face-painting, rhyme time, nature tours and an animal farm.
National Playgroup Week celebrates the 25,000 families and 40,000 children across Victoria who use playgroups each year.
