MARIBYRNONG community centres gave residents a peek into their world during a recent open day at Highpoint shopping centre.
The Maribyrnong, Braybrook, Maidstone and Yarraville community centres joined with West Footscray, Angliss and Braybrook Maidstone Neighbourhood Houses to host a range of activities including felting, wool spinning, jewellery making, children’s craft and writing activities.
A highlight of the day’s fun was a centre stage performance by the Lauralee Dancers.
