Lacrosse: Footscray wins to keeps finals hopes alive

Footscray won a 16-15 shoot-out against Camberwell at Eric Raven Reserve to keep its Lacrosse Victoria men’s state league finals hopes alive.

Williamstown remains the competition pacesetter after a comfortable 18-8 road win over Eltham at Lower Eltham Park. Altona tried its best but was outclassed 22-8 by MCC on its home track at PJ Lynch Reserve.
