A CHILD’S early years will be easier to cherish thanks to a new initiative linking parents with helpful services.
The Maribyrnong Early Years Postcards put information at parents’ fingertips, highlighting services and programs in the immediate area.
Featuring pictures by children, the postcards will be shared with families of children aged up to five who are registered with Maribyrnong Maternal and Child Health Services.
Mayor John Cumming says the postcards feature contact details, key dates and information on toy libraries, playgroups, library activities, education and care.
The postcards will be launched at 10.30am next Tuesday in the Maribyrnong Town Hall reception room.
