Flowers are not the only things out this spring. Porter Davis has three new home designs and discounts for buyers —the Vienna, Kingscliff and now the Arlington.
The Arlington has three bedrooms — and a fourth bedroom option included as a rumpus room — integrated living and outdoor area, two bathrooms and a double garage.
“Spring is a fantastic time to use our free iPhone and iPad applications to find designs you like and plan your display home visit,” said Porter Davis director Paul Wolff.
The Arlington is designed with corner blocks in mind, and house and land packages start from less than $310,000.
The new home designs are complemented with the Porter Davis spring stimulus offer.
“Buyers receive a $50,000 discount off the retail price list on selected double-storey Lifestyle homes,” Mr Wolff said.
“We’ve designed our new-home options with ease, style and affordability in mind. Our standard list of inclusions is already comprehensive, covering foundations and on-site services and luxurious items such as a three-coat paint system, stainless-steel cooktop and rangehood and ducted heating.”
In the Access range, buyers will get a $28,000 discount off the retail price list on selected houses and designer upgrades to the value of $17,000, including Caesarstone benchtops, facade rendering, and tapware and flooring options to the whole house.
For a limited time, Villawood Properties will also pay the deposit for buyers of the Arlington, Vienna and Kingscliff designs.
