Buying made easy

Prospective homebuyers can view home sites at Featherbrook estate in Point Cook during a ‘Super Saturday’ land sale on November 24.

“There will be free gourmet food by ‘Flying Woks’, coffee and the opportunity to win prizes, including a $5000 holiday or new home owner’s pack,” Central Equity Land sales manager Jeremy Vile says. “Visitors can explore the new display centre, meet builders and speak with a financial provider.”

A key attraction of Featherbrook estate is its established village, with a medical centre, pharmacy, cafe, and the Brook Bistro.

The village also has a community centre housing child and maternal healthcare services, kindergarten rooms, a play area with equipment and a sandpit, IT and hospitality training facilities.

And a prep to year 9 school and retail precinct are on the cards.

‘Super Saturday’ is from 10am to 5pm. For more details about Featherbrook estate, call the sales office or visit the website.
