Now the fun starts at Heartlands

Residents of Tarneit’s new community The Heartlands are a step closer to an action-packed lifestyle.

Work has started on the estate’s $2 million recreation and health centre Club Heartlands.

The club will have a fitness centre and outdoor pools with views of the seven-hectare wetland and park areas, all within walking distance of home sites.

Asset1 sales director Mark Adams said the new centre complemented the dynamism of the estate and the long-term development of the community, with health-focused, family-friendly services at its core.

“Couples and families are taking more time to weigh up their options when it comes to choosing their forever home and location. Couples want to do their bit to make sure their families have the best opportunities at hand in a community that’s well thought out.

“It’s important for residents to have access to important services as soon as possible, rather than having to wait years down the track, so we plan our communities around the inherent benefits of the estate and aim to construct them early in the development stage.”

He added that creating a community was more than just laying roads and that the designers of The Heartlands created the community by thinking like the residents who moved there.

“We applied these principles to The Heartlands and have captured what really matters — early access to community facilities, peaceful surrounds and convenience to amenities.”

The estate is close to Werribee Plaza, schools and healthcare. Club Heartlands is due to be finished by mid next year with its doors opening by August. For details, visit or call the sales office, or check out The Heartlands website.
