Japanese-born Seabrook resident Keiko Takahashi loves working with children – and her passion has been recognised by Family Day Care Australia (FDCA), the industry’s national peak body. Ms Takahashi has been named regional winner, covering Melbourne’s inner city and CBD, in the FDCA Excellence in Family Day Care Awards.
