Police are investigating a hit-run collision where a motorcyclist was struck by a car in Footscray on Wednesday.
It is understood a silver sedan was driving erratically on Ballarat Road before it collided with a motorcyclist about 9.05pm.
The rider, a 22-year-old woman, sustained injuries and was assessed by paramedics.
She did not require hospital treatment.
The silver sedan did not stop at the scene.
