Saturday public transport for Labor Day public holiday

Public transport services will mostly run to a Saturday timetable on the Labour Day public holiday on Monday, March 10.

As with all public holidays, daily myki fares will be capped at $7.60 ($3.80 for concessions and seniors).

However, concession card holders who benefit from free travel on weekends are advised that this entitlement does not extend to public holiday weekend timetables.

Metropolitan train and tram services will run to a Saturday timetable, but with no Night Network services.

Tram services will also finish an hour earlier than the normal Saturday timetable.

Most metropolitan bus services will run to a Saturday timetable, except for routes 201, 202, 301, 401, 403 and 601 which will run on a weekday timetable.

Routes 548, 551, and 887 will run to a special timetable, while routes 407, 414, 415, 490, 503, 506, 526, 536, 538, 549, 550, 558, 559, 671, 672, 677, 681 and 682 will not run at all.
