THE director of Williamstown-based C Cini & Company has been charged with misusing $1 million of investors’ money after an Australian Securities and Investments Commission investigation.
Carlo Cini, 56, of Altona North, has been charged with 58 fraud, deception and dishonesty offences relating to funds raised in 2007 and 2008.
He is due to appear in the Melbourne Magistrates Court in September.
