Postcard art

An exhibition titled 5×7 of postcard-sized original art by more than 250 Hobsons Bay and western region schools artists, is on at Altona’s Joel Gallery, 5 Sargood Street, until April 28. Gallery hours 10am-4pm weekdays and 11am-3pm weekends.

 

Diabetes support

Westgate Diabetes support group meets at 10am on the first Tuesday of the month at Altona Bowling Club.

Moving on breakup

Free workshops on moving on after a relationship breakdown and separation will be held at Williamstown Yoga and Meditation, 109 Douglas Parade, from April 30-August 27. There will be guest sessions of yoga, meditation, tai chi and naturopathy.
